Privacy Policy

Who we are

This website is operated by Valley Cleaning, a division of AJ Complete Construction LLC (“Valley Cleaning”, “we”, “us”). We provide cleaning services in Eugene, Springfield and surrounding areas of Oregon. This policy explains what information we receive through this website and when you contact us, and how we use it.

Information you give us

This website does not have user accounts or online payments. We receive personal information only when you choose to contact us, for example:

• when you use the contact form on this website — your name, phone number, email address, the service and property location you enter, and your message. The form is sent to us by a third-party form service, Web3Forms (see below), and is not stored in a database on this website;
• when you call or text us — your phone number and whatever you tell us;
• when you email us — your email address and the contents of your message, including any photos you attach;
• details about a property you ask us to quote or clean, such as its location, size, access instructions and target dates.

How we use it

We use this information to reply to you, prepare quotes, schedule and carry out cleaning work, send invoices and keep ordinary business records. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing. Text-message opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. You can ask us to stop texting you at any time by replying to a message or calling us.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, the servers and network providers that deliver this site may record basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and troubleshooting.

The embedded Google Maps map on our contact sections is provided by Google and loaded from Google’s servers, which means Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies when the map loads. See Google’s Privacy Policy. The typeface used on this site is hosted on our own server.

Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this website — for example which pages are viewed and how people find us. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies and records information such as your approximate location, device and browser type, pages visited, and the time of your visit. We also record when someone clicks a phone number, email address or our Google Business Profile link, or sends the contact form. We have switched off Google’s advertising and ad-personalization features for this site. You can prevent Google Analytics from collecting data about your visits by using Google’s browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser settings. See Google’s Privacy Policy.

Contact form (Web3Forms). When you send the contact form, your submission is processed by Web3Forms, a form-handling service, which delivers it to us by email. Web3Forms receives what you type into the form and your IP address. We use this information only to reply to you and prepare your quote. See Web3Forms’ privacy policy.

We do not run advertising trackers on this website.

Who we share information with

We share information only as needed to run our business — for example with the service providers that carry our phone, email and website traffic — or when the law requires it. Where a job involves another company in the Valley family, we will tell you before passing your details on.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and job records for as long as we need them to provide our services and to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will respond as required by the laws that apply to us. Contact us using the details below.

Children

This website is intended for adults arranging cleaning services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last changed.
